"The room was very functional. The rug was extremely clean as were the bathroom and beds. The room was very old so it wasn’t as clean as a new room would be but the effort to keep the room clean (by the staff) was excellent. "

"This trip was a last minute plan as we live pretty close by and wanted to get away for some time together. From start to finish the trip could not have gone better. The innkeepers were polite and prompt in their communication and arriving in the early evening we undertook a Scrabble game in one of several common areas right beside the fireplace.
